First Who, Then What

Good to Great by Jim CollinsJim Collins work Good to Great is one of the more important works of this millenium. One of the outcomes of the research in terms of talent was translated into "First who, then what."

This means that you have to have (a) the right people on the bus and (b) they have to be in the right seat. That is the prerequisite to execution.
